How to change / upgrade seats

Select the ticket which you want to change seats or upgrade
Select the "Change" button for the ticket you want to change seats or upgrade tickets to on "My Tickets" screen.

Select from the change way
Select "Change seat".

Release the original seat
"The original seat is checked in red. Please uncheck it.

If you already have non-reserved seats, please press the "Confirm" button or the "Seat List" button. *The button display will vary depending on the type of seat.

After the "List of selected seats" is displayed, press "Release " to release the seat you had before the change.

Select the other seat
Check the seat position on the map and select the seat. An upgrade fee will be charged for each seat. The fee will be the difference of the ticket price between before and after the change. If there is no difference, a fee of "500 yen" will be charged.

Confirm your purchase details
Check the ticket information you selected and select the "Decide here" button.

Complete the purchase procedure
After check the details of the added ticket, please proceed to purchase.

Check the ticket
Please confirm that the ticket has been changed on "My ticket"

How to add seats automatically

Select the ticket you want to add the number of tickets
Select the "Change" button for the ticket you want to add the number of tickets to on "My Tickets" screen.

Select from the change way
Select "Add tickets".

Select the number of tickets to add
Specify the number of tickets you want to add and select the "Add" button. Seats will be added automatically.

If seats cannot be added next to each other

If seats cannot be added next to each other, you will be informed of other seats that can be reserved next to each other.

※If seats cannot be reserved next to each other, the message "Seat could not be reserved" will be displayed. Please consider moving to a different seat type from Seat Change.

Complete the purchase procedure
After check the details of the added ticket, please proceed to purchase.

Please confirm that the ticket has been added on "My ticket"

Select the ticket which you want to change seats or upgrade
Select the "Change" button for the ticket you want to change seats or upgrade tickets to on "My Tickets" screen.

Select "Change seat".

The original seat is checked in red, so please check the seat position and select the seat to add.

How to add options

Select the ticket you want to add an option
Select the "Change" button for the ticket you want to add options.

Select from the change way
Select "Add an option".

Select a ticket
"Select the Add" button for the ticket you want to add options. *If there is only one ticket, [3] will be skipped

Select options
"Select" button for the option you want to add.

Select the number to add
Specify the number of options you want to add and "Select" button.

Confirm the addition details
Check the details and amount of the added option and select the "Proceed to payment" button.

Complete the purchase procedure
After check the details of the added ticket, please proceed to purchase.

Check your ticket
Check that options have been added to your ticket.

Checking multiple options

If you want to check multiple options, click the icon at the end of the option name on the ticket. A panel listing the options will appear.
