Race Ticket Inquiries

・Shipping fee

If you select "Shipping" or "Shipping" for a designated product, a flat rate of 700 yen is required nationwide for each order, regardless of the total order amount.
*However, shipping fees may change depending on the product. In that case, we will display it when you select the product.

・Handling fee

If you use Seven-Eleven payment/ticket issuance, resale service, or change function, a specified handling fee is required separately.

・Credit card

The following credit cards can be used.
American Express, VISA, Mastercard, JCB, Diners Club

*Payment must be made in a lump sum.

*Only credit cards in the name of the person placing the order can be used.

*If the information is incomplete, we will contact you by email or phone.

*Closing dates and withdrawal dates vary depending on the credit card company.

*We will cover the fees for credit card payments.

・Convenience store payment (Seven-Eleven stores in Japan)

If you wish to issue your ticket at a Seven-Eleven store, you can pay at the store.

*Convenience store payment is not available for some areas and products.

・Electronic ticket

This is a method to receive your ticket as an electronic ticket.
The QR code displayed from "My Ticket" on your computer or smartphone browser, or the QR code displayed from the URL in the purchase completion email, is your ticket.

・Seven-Eleven store issue (excluding some products)

This is a method to receive your ticket at a Seven-Eleven store in Japan.
A separate fee will be charged.

・Delivery (some products only)

Normal tickets will not be delivered.
Tickets that can be delivered will be shipped in the order in which applications are received.

Please note that returns or cancellations cannot be accepted after an application has been made for personal reasons.
