About security

When personal information, including credit card information, entered by customers on this site is encrypted and exchanged using SSL (Secure Socket Layer) communication at the time it is sent to this site. In the unlikely event that data is intercepted by an external third party, there is no need to worry about your important personal information being stolen, so please rest assured.
*URLs for pages using SSL communication begin with "https://" and a lock symbol is displayed on the screen.

About credit card authentication

When registering a credit card as a payment method, by entering a security code in addition to the credit card number and expiration date, we can increase the certainty that you are the cardholder and prevent unauthorized use (spoofing) by third parties.
When registering a credit card as a payment method on this site, be sure to enter the security code.

What is a security code?

A security code is a three-digit number printed on the card, separate from the credit card number.
By entering a security code that only the cardholder knows, security is improved when using a credit card.
*Depending on the credit card company, the security code may not be written.
*Please note that the security code is not the credit card PIN.

3D Secure

What is 3D Secure?

At Mobility Station, we have introduced the identity authentication service "3D Secure" to ensure that you can enjoy online shopping with peace of mind.
"3D Secure" is an identity authentication service that aims to prevent unauthorized use (spoofing) by third parties when making credit card payments over the Internet.
If you register in advance on the website of your contracted card issuer and obtain a password, you will not be able to use your card for card payments unless you enter the password when using the card.

Ticket purchase process when using 3D Secure

*The 3D Secure authentication screen and input items will vary depending on your contracted card issuer.
*Due to system processing, it may not be applied when there is a high volume of access.
*The 3D Secure authentication screen may not be displayed correctly in the following cases.
・If software that removes pop-up screens (such as advertisements) is installed.
・If the security level of the security software is set to "high".
・If the cookie setting is not "enabled".

How to use 3D Secure

If you want to use 3D Secure, you will need to register with your card issuer (brand) before purchasing a ticket.
Registration can be done on the website of each card issuer (brand).
*The 3D Secure identity authentication screen and input items vary depending on the card issuer (brand).
*3D Secure may not be applicable depending on the card issuer.
