How to register as a member

Send the email to register your account
"Select the Sign in/Register icon in the upper right or Sign in/Register from the menu in the upper left to display the login panel."

右上のログインアイコンを選択
左上メニューのログイン/アカウント登録を選択

After you select register a new account, the email address input panel will be displayed.

Enter your email address twice and click Next.

Enter the verification code and account information
Enter the verification code sent to your email address and the required account information to register your account.

● How to pay: Credit card (Immediate) / Payment at Seven-Eleven Store in Japan(in 2 days)

*You can add options and parking tickets from this screen.
*If you have a coupon, please use it on this screen (click here for how to use coupons)
*If you would like to continue purchasing other tickets, select Continue selecting tickets."

Confirm your purchase
After you check the purchase details (number of tickets, amount), press the purchase confirmation button.

Purchase is
completed.

About the shopping cart

Add seats to your shopping cart
Select a seat and select "Decide here" to add the seat to your cart. The number of seats added to your cart will be displayed.

Check the detail of your cart
Click the cart icon to display the seats added to your cart for each race. Click the down arrow to view more information.

Delete the contents of your cart
If you want to delete the tickets in your cart, select "Delete" for the race. After that, to delete some seats, select "X" for the seats. ※If you want to delete all seats, select "Delete all"

該当レースの「削除する」を選択
一部座席を削除したい場合は、該当座席の「×」、すべての座席を削除する場合は、「全て削除する」を選択
How to check your tickets

After completing your purchase, we will send a ticket purchase completion notification email to your registered email address.
You can check your tickets from the URL in the email.

You can check your tickets from "My Tickets". ※Please keep the QR code screen safe and keep it for yourself, and do not post it on the web or SNS. ※We recommend that you save the QR code as a screenshot, etc. (It will only be checked or used in emergencies such as system or communication failures)"

"My Tickets" in the MENU.

    Do I need to register as a member to use MobilityStation?

    Yes, the membership registration is required.
    After registering, you can use the service to manage your purchased tickets (My Tickets) and register your credit card. You can also make changes to your ticket, such as adding options, after purchasing the ticket.

    How do I print my e-ticket?

    Click the "Check your tickets" button on the payment completion screen.
    Click the "Print" button on the "Purchased Tickets" screen that appears, and the print screen will appear, so please print on A4 size paper.
    *If you have purchased multiple tickets, you will need to press the "Print" button for each ticket to print them.

    The"Print" button will not be displayed on smartphones. Please print from a PC.

    The MobilityStation screen is not displayed properly.

    Please make sure that your environment meets or exceeds the recommended environment.
