"My Tickets"
Select [MENU] → "My Tickets" from the top left.

Select the ticket for the race you want to resale
On the My Tickets screen, select the "List" button for the ticket you want to list for resale.
*Tickets to be listed are electronic tickets purchased at MobilityStation
Only the first time you list tickets, you will need to verify your identity and register a transfer bank account

Confirm the details of your use
After confirming the details of your use, select the "Next" button.

Confirm your email
An email containing a verification code will be sent to your registered email address, so please check that you have received it.

Enter the verification code
Enter the verification code provided in the email and select "Next".

Register your personal information
Enter your personal information and select the "Update" button.
*If you have already registered, this will be skipped

Register your bank account
Register the bank account where the amount will be transferred after the sale is completed.
Enter your bank account information and select the Register" button.
*If you have already registered, this will be skipped

Select the tickets to sell and set the selling price
Select the tickets to sell and set the selling price.
Once set, select the Next" button.
*For children's tickets, the selling price cannot be changed and will be sold at the purchase price

Select the selling way
Select either Sold separately" or "Not sold separately" and select the "Next" button.
◇Sold separately
Tickets will be sold together, but sales may be completed for each ticket.
◇Not sold separately
Tickets will be sold together and sales will be completed for the number of tickets listed at one time.
Box seats will be sold/purchased by the box.

Listing
Check the listing details, price, terms of use, etc., then select the "List" button. Listing is complete.

Check listing history
Tap "MENU" in the upper left of the screen, then select "Resale > Resale listing history".
◇Before the race
Selling before the race will be displayed.
◇After the race
Selling after the race will be displayed.

Check status
Select the relevant listing on the resale listing history screen to display the resale listing history details screen.
On the resale listing history details screen, you can check the listing details and listing status.
ー Change price ー

Select the listing for which you want to change the price
Select the listing for which you want to change the price on the resale listing history screen.

Check listing details
Select the "Change price" button.
The listing details confirmation and price change screen will be displayed.
*The same operation can also be performed with the "Confirm/Change price" button on "My Ticket".

Change selling price
Change the selling price and select the "Recalculate" button. Various fees will be recalculated. Please check the listing details and price and select the "Change price" button.
A confirmation screen will appear, so please select the "Change" button.
The selling price will be changed.
ー Cancel listing ー

Select the listing to cancel
Select the listing to cancel on the resale listing history screen.

Check the listing details
Select the "Cancel listing" button.
The listing cancellation screen will be displayed.
*The same operation can be performed by the ""Cancel listing"" button on "My Tickets"."

Cancel listing
Check the details on the listing cancellation screen and select the "Cancel listing" button.
After the confirmation screen will be displayed, please check the details again and select the "OK" button.
ー In case the transaction is completed ー

Check the tickets that have been sold
You can check the tickets that have been sold on the resale listing history details screen.

Check the transfer amount
After the resale of the listed ticket is completed (after the race is completed), the amount minus various fees will be transferred to your specified account.
The funds will be transferred to your registered bank account approximately two weeks after the end of the race.
ー In case the transaction is not completed ー

Check your listing history
"Tap MENU" in the upper left of the screen, then select "Resale > Resale listing history".
For listings where the sale was incomplete, "Sale was not completed" will be displayed."

Check the listing details
If you select an incomplete listing on the resale listing history screen, the resale listing details screen will be displayed and you can check the listing status.
If the sale was unsuccessful, you can enter with your existing ticket.
